We have a record of service to the people of Berks County. We are running Berks like a business and our top Moody's rating Aaa is proof. We are one of only 3 counties in Pennsylvania holding that top rating and we are the first Berks County Board of Commissioners to hold that rating for 4 years. In fact, until March of 2019 Berks County had never attained a Aaa rating. That is good government.
